We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, money order and personal checks. Our shopping cart accepts personal check or credit card information online in a secure environment. Call-in orders and mail-in payments also accepted. Payment must be received before shipment.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time:

We ship via UPS Ground. All ground shipments include tracking numbers and insurance. US Mail is available for orders of swatches only (no fabric). All shipping costs are based on actual weight of fabrics purchased. You will be shown actual UPS Ground shipping cost in our shopping cart. Be sure to select your state each time you add or change a product in the shopping cart to see updated shipping cost.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship out of our packaging facility. UPS Ground travel time requires 2-5 business days delivery time, depending on your location. US Mail for swatch orders requires 3-4 days delivery time.

We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise abuse customer information or email addresses in any way. We use the same policy for both online purchases and our email list. We treat our customers the same way we would like to be treated - we protect your private information and send only information you have requested.

Stock Availibility

Many of our fabrics are not re-orderable. Our inventory turns over quickly. Therefore we recommend purchasing when you see something you want. Available yardage is shown for all fabrics in real time. Our shopping cart updates our inventory and reduces available yardage displayed on all fabrics after each customer purchase. All items are also noted as either "Reorderable?: yes" or "Reorderable?: no".

All sales final. Swatches available at a minimal cost.

Swatch Program:

A fair color representation of the fabric is provided. Swatches are provided at a minimal cost of $1.00 each, plus shipping. Due to the light weight of swatches, multiple swatches can be shipped together for the same shipping cost as a single swatch. Therefore, we recommend ordering 3 or more swatches at one time. Please bear in mind that a non-reorderable fabric could sell-out before you receive your swatches.

Are the fabrics first quality and/or new?:

Yes. Our inventory changes daily, and turns over quickly with shipments arriving weekly - ensuring you the latest in colors and styles. All of the fabrics we pruchase are first quality. We're able to offer many fabrics at $9.00/yd due to buying power. We also often purchase stock overruns at reduced prices and can pass the savings to our customers. All reorderable fabrics are color matchable from one shipment to the next. Our non-reorderable fabrics can be subject to dye variation. Swatches are always sent from existing stock and are accurate to existing stock in color and shade.

Our remnant fabrics are also quality, current fabrics. They consist of the last 1 to 15 yards remaining on a given pattern. Sold by the roll only and at an exceptional bargain, most are only $4.00/yd! We do not cut remnants into smaller orders. Customers much purchase all of the yardage in a remnant to get the reduced price.

For requests of specific pattern numbers or SKU numbers:

We cannot order specific patterns from manufacturers.

However, if you would like us to find a comparable pattern from our stock feel free to mail us a swatch, or email a photo of your fabric to us. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
