Dupioni Silk
Dupioni silk fabrics are great for home decorating and apparel. Dupioni is a plain weave silk fabric made from fine warp yarns and heavier, slubbed filling yarns that form prominent, irregular crosswise ribs. Dupioni has a firm, crisp hand and elegant luster. Dupioni silk is easy to dye, so fabrics are often brightly colored.
